Mary Jo has written and teaches one-day courses on Universal Kitchen/Bath Planning, Green Kitchen/Bath Planning, and a four hour course on Outdoor Kitchen Planning for the National Kitchen and Bath Association. She also writes and teaches the CAPS programs and Designing for the Active Adult for the Home Builders Association.
